  • Shipping Region: We proudly offer shipping Pan-India. We deliver to almost all states and cities across the country using our trusted logistics partners.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Cost: We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India, regardless of the order value or destination. There are no minimum order requirements to qualify for free shipping.

3. Order Processing and Delivery Timeline

Our delivery process consists of two stages: Processing Time and Shipping Transit Time.

Note: Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

4. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Details: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to the courier company’s website.
  • Tracking Updates: Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours of receiving the dispatch email.

5. Shipping Restrictions and Important Notes

  • Non-Delivery Areas: We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses due to limitations imposed by our courier partners. A complete physical address is required for all deliveries.
  • Failed Delivery: If a shipment is returned to us due to the customer providing a wrong or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
  • Delays: While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, extreme weather, public holidays, or issues with the logistics partner. We will keep you informed in such events.
